The staff at O'Reilly in Crystal Lake is awesome. Every time I have needed a new battery in my car, they have helped me determine exactly which one to install, and have actually come out to the parking lot and installed it for me! I brought my car in with a battery at the end of its life. Will, the Store Manager tested the battery for me and informed me that it was time to replace it. We went back inside and he helped me pick on out and even offered to replace it for me! This store displays great service and thanks again to Will!
