Workers are very helpful and kind. Go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Trained very well and have lots of knowledge on what they are doing. Very happy with my experience today.

Pricing is good and finding things I need over the counter is always an easy in and out trip.....BUT.....customer service is meh at best and the ordering of things not carried in store is always a bit.....ish....mainly because the majority of employees I've dealt with, either have no clue about parts and tools or they aren't sure what O'Reilly's can get or carry....but to be expected, college town and plenty of students needing temp employment.....so 3-stars.....1 for products they do have, 1 because O'Reilly's is my FAVORITE store, and 1 because they do SUPPORT college students tryin to get a higher education...😬

I know sales associates are not made the same, but I'm here to tell you that Mr Chase of the Douglas store is one of the best. Today it was pouring rain and as a procrastinator I needed windshield wiper blades on my pickup. Mr Chase went up and beyond the call of duty to see that they were installed onto my truck. He could of said wait till it's not raining to come back, but no he never hesitated and jumped out in a heavy downpour of rain and installed them for me, thank you Sir! They broke the mold when they made you Sir!!!
