O'Reilly Auto Parts

I stopped in yesterday around 2:30, Walter was the only one at the counter and was working incredibly hard and did a great job even though the store was packed. He was getting everyone's parts, and I'm pretty sure I saw him bouncing between 3 or 4 computers to make sure customers weren't waiting too long. It’s not fair to expect one person to handle that volume alone. He deserves recognition, and O'Reilly needs to hire more staff at this store

The young gentleman behind the desk was to nice and helpful in figuring out what I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I would travel safely. Very rare and very appreciated!!

They are friendly there. They checked my alternator for free and also gave me the names of places that could fix my car

I walked in nobody was around I wanted to get wiper blades for my car,when Brady came out I asked what size does my vehicle took ,he never asked if I needed anything else,I went out and got my wiper blades and came back no thank you or can I put them on for you since I paid 60 plus for these things ,so I put them on myself

Steve was so wonderful in helping me find a new brake light! I don’t know much, if anything, about cars, but he was kind and efficient in helping me find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service!
