O'Reilly Auto Parts

I always had great experience visiting this store but today there is one old guy don’t know his name but was not trying to even look at the receipt for the warranty on my part. There was a assistant manager beside him was telling him to give me the part that i wanted under warranty but he said he wont and when i told him that i got the exact part under warranty 6 months ago in the same store. And when i said that he(old guy) said the one who gave you the part doesn’t know how to do his job. I said thank you and walked out to autozone and brought a new part there.

I wish I could remember the man's name who helped me. I had him run scanner in car. He was the best! Very helpful and will recommend this store to everybody. Thank you guy working at Oreilys at 8:40 pm on 2/24/2026

I popped into this O’Reilly’s in need of some wiper blades. Maurice was helpful, knowledgeable, and found quality blades for me. It turns out they were on sale! Maurice also installed them for me with a smile.

I’d like to recognize Drake! He was knowledgable on battery replacement, quick with resolution, and has a kind persona. Definitely will be coming here again soon for auto parts!

Brendan was absolutely fantastic, he had me in and out with my issue fixed all within 5 minutes. Took great care of me and my car! Had to share my experience
