I used to always go here but not after today when my dad went in and was called lazy by someone in a wheelchair because he didn't do his job for him... mind you my dad is disabled too. Lucky he was able to get the batteries in the door in the first place. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! The manager didn't do anything except say she didn't know the whole story! What business would allow insulting a customer like that! I'll never go there again!.......Ps he never got an apology either

Had a recent visit to the fairmont store. My friend took batteries in for the core charge. The employee working asked if he was going to put them up on the shelf for him. My friend said no it's not his job. The employee then said "LAZY" my friend turned and asked "did you just call me lazy?"the employee responded by scoffing at him. My friend then informed the employee that he is disabled due to an accident ( he was the sole survivor in a car accident . 3 other ppl died at the scene)and just had back surgery a few months ago and the employee rolled his eyes. My friend left the store in complete shock. When he called the manager to complain the manager made him feel as though it was no big deal. . We will not step foot in that store again as long as that employee works there.

Lots of people may say these folks don't know what parts to order or know about vehicles.... Well these folks are very good at their job and I've only had one time of a mistake on a part ordered. Which in a way was my fault for not looking at the pictures correctly. Anyways price and customer service is a 10/10!

We were a few miles from town on a cross country drive when our truck lost power. Jaden and Linh were awesome help getting us back out on the road. Thanks for everything!

I went there needing something two weeks in a row while in town. Both times the customer service was great. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are better than some auto parts places. It was the personal service that I really appreciated.
