I needed a battery for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was on line looking to see what batteries are available. I like to know what I want before I go in to the store. There was a $50.00 discount for ordering on line and having it delivered to my house but no discount for picking it up at the store. No brainer. The battery was delivered by UPS last night and when I went to install it, it was about 2 inches longer that the old one. Won't fit. My fault for not reading the details. I called the store, explained my predicament and the guy I talked with said no problem exchanging for correct one. I went to store with the old one and the new incorrect one. Mr. Shawn, who is a manager at this location in Fall River was fantastic. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable about all products and services. He took his time explaining everything to us. He was very patient. The store was clean and organized. Alex was very nice also. The workers in general here do a great job and should be recognized by the company.they are always so good and attentive to the customers.

Be careful about which attendant you speak with regarding what to purchase for oil changes. Double check. Otherwise decent prices, good service. Not everyone there knows everything you might need to know when it comes to buying the proper oil for your vehicle in my experience.

I am not a car fanatic. I needed some stuff, went in and talked to Cristy who hooked me up with what I needed. Good, real people work here. Did not seem to cost an arm and a leg. I felt comfortable asking questions and comfortable that I got good answers! The store is well kept/clean and seemed well stocked. All in all one of the best car store experiences for me.
