Went to have my battery tested to see if I needed a new one. After it was tested my car would not crank and had to be jumped. Originally would not go into drive. Finally got it in drive and Then 5 different alerts. Now sitting at Nissan getting it taken care of. None of these issues before being connected to the tester.

I'm new to the area and my car broke down on me and O'Reillys was closet but never visited or bought from O'Reilly's until now .without a doubt this will now be my go to parts place and for that I want to give great praise to the young lady Robin that helped me in commercial at O'Reilly's off winder hwy . She was very helpful polite knowledgeable about everything I ask about. I couldn't have been more pleased . She made sure I got everything I was looking for . She helped me find the parts and even helped get them to my truck. I will definitely be back . Thank you again young lady. You made my visit to O'Reilly's a very effective one . And O'Reilly you gained a to forever customer.

Could not be more pleased. Car had to be jumped repeatedly -thought I needed a new battery. They tested my battery & starter for free. I was thrilled not to have to purchase either item. Thanks for your honesty.

They always take care of me. The oakwood store is my main store. And this one in Buford is my back up for when I'm going to work. I get all my maintenance items for my 2 trucks and motorcycle here. Always good service and staff. Now the one in Gainesville, I avoid like the plague. Rude, always on their phone. If you call, they put you on hold and never pick up again.
