Mr. Brian was amazing ! He helped me find the perfect windshield wipers and replaced the battery in my key fob. He was so nice and helpful. We even had a fun conversation about his hometown. He’s definitely an asset to the company.

Counter person was very polite and helpful. Had an issue with getting my Def cap off. Went in and asked him to help as he started out to help, a young man opened the door for me and asked if he could help me. I explained I could not get the cap off but if he would get it off I had no issue pouring the Def...long story short he poured the Def too. Get experience from the counter until I pulled off!!

Manager Brian is unprofessional and told me not to come back after I came in to get a core charge on a battery purchase. His employee noticed the battery was under warranty and told me to come back the next day and instead of a core they would warranty the battery. He accused me of trying to get a refund using a old battery and receipt from my new battery which wasnt the case. I explained I buy all my parts from this store and have for years his response was he has customers that spend 80k a year with him and for me not to come back in the store. This place has always had great customer service and I have always been taken care of by David if I had any issue. To bad I can't say the same on Brian.

Helped a lot with my car battery. I appreciate the service and attention to detail. The staff was very helpful.

I was in my daughter's truck and it needed brake fluid, I asked what type was told dot 4 got a bottle paid for it. Said I would have my son put it in later since the brake light was on. The young man said I can do that now. He went right out there checked said nope this is dot 3 I'll be right back, came out with dot 3 and a recite said dot 3 is 2 dollars less here I refunded the difference to your card! Very nice young man is always helpful and very polite.
