I contacted Queen City to do some paint work on a part for my motorcycle. They initially took on the job at a very fair price. However, once I dropped off my parts they realized they could not match the paint color. Instead of making that my problem and asking me to pick up my parts, they found another shop that could do the work and even dropped off my parts for me at the other shop. The communication and service was stellar, something that seems to be in short supply these days. I would definitely use them in the future.

I brought my white Honda Pilot to QueenCity Body Works after a front-end collision. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the repair—everything looked great once the work was completed. They were recommended by Geico and have a convenient partnership with Enterprise for rental cars, which made the process smoother. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a communication gap during the third week. The original estimate was for 2 weeks, but when the repair got delayed, I stopped receiving updates. After I followed up, I did get an explanation for the delay and the car was soon ready. I would have appreciated more proactive updates during that period. That said, I’d still recommend them for their quality work and insurance/rental car integration.

Richard and the Queen City Body Shop crew did an amazing job! From being professional and punctual, to constantly providing me with updates on the progress being made on my Lowe's van. This was a job well done and I will continue to work with them in the coming years.

I had some damage to the right rear bumper some time ago. The car was fairly old and closing 200,000 mi, so I pretty much ignored it. Then the weather stripping around the rear hatchback peeled away, ruining the weather seal, so I had to get something done about that. As long as I was there, I asked about fixing the bumper area. Could it just be pulled out? They didn't want to do that. I suggested fixing it right. The weather stripping replacement was a bit more expensive than I would have guessed, but the full job ended up would I will call reasonable, if not cheap. The rest of the car is in good shape and continues to serve me well. It was worth getting the back end integrity back in shape.
