this is where you go for hard to find parts. Skip AutoZone and the rest of them. This particular O’Reilly has the difficult stuff to find. Illy the manager came to the rescue on my daughter‘s 2006 Honda! Rockstar! Thanks very much!

I have been to O'Reilly Auto Parts 3 times in the last 6 months and each time I have gotten EXCELLENT Customer Service! The Staff is friendly, professional, and very willing to go the extra mile regardless of how large or small the issue issue is! On my last visit, Justin (at the Framingham Store) went out of his way in the scorching heat to do multiple diagnostics and ultimately identified the cause of my car issues not only without changing me a cent but not guilting me into buying anything. He identified the problem, offered solutions, and sent me on my way. This O'Reilly's is wonderful and highly recommended!

Our daughter had wipers to be replaced on her car. Illy was not only courteous and professional, but he solved the issue temporarily using creative solution. There is a clip on the wiper arm of her car that is missing, so the wiper blade is not secured. Illy advised that she order a new wiper arm. Until then, he used a zip tie for the wiper blade. He also provided the number for the wiper arm for her to order. Wonderful help to our family! Grateful for such responsible service!

While visiting a relative in Framingham we discovered she needed a new car battery. We went to three nearby auto shops, but the customer service was terrible, and they tried to pressure us into paying for battery installation, which I knew wasn’t necessary as I had been an Auto Zone customer. Feeling frustrated, we decided to call O’Reilly on Columbia Street. From the initial phone call to the purchase and installation, they offered outstanding customer service and genuinely cared about helping us solve the issue.
