Good service They have a lot of inventory

This place is the best! I needed a new battery for a sports car and Jack helped me find the right one even though the computer was telling him a different one altogether. I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. The manager and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always work with you to stay within your budget but give you their recommendations (which sometimes is the cheaper option). I cannot say enough good things about this O’Reilly’s in Bedford. I highly recommend it.

Great selection of parts. Excellent service at the counter

I went in no one wanted to answer a question. My kids noticed that I was getting an Attitude and that's unacceptable. When children notice adults are rude and not polite that's also unacceptable.I went in with simple questions . Looking to purchase brakes and oil, and if you want to get a grouchy response, go talk to Jennifer attitude is perfect. we did not purchase nything and we left. We went D saniel and spent 350$
