Rob and Rene were amazing to work with! I dropped my car off for repairs and was so happy with the work. Not only were they OEM parts which after searching is hard to come by but my car looks exactly as it did the day I bought it. Quick turn around as well. I would recommend Rob and Rene any day!

Rob and Rene at Reliable Collision & Restoration were awesome to deal with! I brought in my 2024 GMC pickup for a few small touch-ups, and they ended up going way beyond what I expected. They checked the entire truck over and fixed even the tiniest things they found. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and just genuinely nice people. What a joke of an establishment. I dropped my car off after getting in an accident, leaving my name and phone number waiting for initial estimate to be done. The guy at the front (Tom) told me the estimate would be done same day. Instead, it took 3 days and they didn’t even call me after they were finished (Tom said they apparently didn’t have my phone number even though I’m sure I left it originally. Not to mention I had called to check on the car after dropping it off.) When the estimate was submitted, it became obvious the shop had reported damages on my car that they didn’t take pictures of for the initial estimate. Tom told me he would submit more pictures, and 3 days after said he thought he had it all set. The pictures never got submitted for almost 2 weeks (12 days). I have Liberty

Reliable and honest! I spent a month getting 3 quotes, explaining exactly what I wanted done to a small area of rust on my minivan, and Reliable Collision was almost 1/2 the price of the other 2 places. Upon reviewing the quotes side-by-side, going line-by-line to see why the big difference in cost, I discovered that the other 2 places quoted me on a complete new side panel, which requires taking off the bumper too, when I only asked to have the small area of rust cut out and fixed/welded/repainted. As a result Reliable Collision got my business and they were done in 3 days and it looks fantastic! If I ever need body-work on my vehicles I will be taking them here.
