The staff at the Gonzales store was amazing!! Especially Christy, who went above and beyond in helping me with assistance in diagnosing my engine problem in order to get me back on the road to home!! She was a Blessing and an Angel with her knowledge and customer service !!

The lady Dianne followed me around the store, when I grabbed the hose clamps I came for she literally stood over my shoulder and asked me “is that it?” To which I replied “no mam I have to get something else”. She then followed me to the other side of the store and stood at the end of the aisle while I looked for what I needed. Not one time did she ask me what I was looking for or if I needed any help. She never greeted me when I came in the store. Not sure if she thought I was gonna steal something but this made me feel SUPER SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE and I thought about it all day the rest of that day. I wanted to report her to somebody but I think she is over the store unfortunately and didn’t want her to kick me out the store for expressing how I felt because this is the closest store to my

I am from Canada , i pass to the store with emergency hose leaking. For a Westfalia 1986 .... Very difficult to find parts. The young women was so professionnal, together we searching to fund one. She was so help full and her tenacity she found one. This women deserved a salary augmentation for her exceptionnel service and she know a lot if her stock and how to research to find parts. Bravo, i give more then 5 stars Thanks a lot Good bless all the team.
