I’ve had a commercial account with O’Reilly Auto Parts for over 20 years, and I have never seen the level of disrespect I’ve experienced in the past year. The employees at this location have become straight-up rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I honestly can’t believe they’re allowed to speak to customers—especially long-time commercial customers—this way. Simple questions are met with attitude, eye-rolling, or being talked down to. It’s gotten to the point where I dread even walking through the door. After two decades of loyalty, I’m genuinely SHOCKED at how far downhill the customer service has gone. Shame on you Russ and Micah. If management doesn’t step in and fix this, they’re going to lose a lot more than just me. Do better, O’Reilly.

Not happy with this O'Reilly's... I was pushed down from the 238/Williams Highway to get the order in quicker with UPS for a front left driver CV axle. I somehow got a reverse axle. Micah the manager continued to calm me down, which I appreciate, but I feel like I was wronged. I told Alberto 4 individual times I needed a front left, driver CV axle. I now needed to return the product, pay double for quick shipping. Love you guys, but I've been stranded and don't appreciate this pathetic attempt at helping me when I confirmed multiple times with Alberto about I need a front left driver side CV axle. Never once did I mention the words... REAR. This really hurt me timing wise due to now having to wait even longer for my mechanic because the first one was wrong.

Got a new battery today, Micah installed it quickly he is extremely helpful and always has some good advice on any auto related issues
