I had a great experience today at the ham lake store (1/3/26). Was there about half hour ago to pick up some windshield washer fluid, coolant and wipers. I went to fill coolant and it was just spraying out of the radiator Reservoir hose that was almost in half. I went in the store and asked if they had the hose and Kyle replaced it. Thank you Kyle for your awesome customer service going above and beyond and replacing it. You rock! 😎 Kelly

Walked in was greeted nicely guy named colby helped out with what I needed and gave some sound advice on treatment for winter in my car made it all easy and smooth I come here alot everyone is always super helpful today I just felt like he deserved a little recognition thanks again!

A store manager named Mike and his crew in Minnesota here are simply top notch and will try their best each and every time to make whatever you need happen happen. I honestly do not know of a better more dedicated soul in the vehicle parts business. I recommend Mike and his entire staff to anyone in need of pretty much any parts for their ride whether it is a conventional ride or special intrest. Ham lake O'Reilly Mike is the guy that can and will help.👍✌️

Kyle is the guy you need to talk to hes very helpful and tries to get you the best deal and price hes the reason im writing this i never ever do reviews.

Best service as always Jason and Kyle? Are the greatest!!! Every time they are the best. Being a women not knowing a lot about cars and during a Range Rover they u- tubed videos for me walked me through the whole process and helped me with it all. So grateful💕
