I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received today at O’Reilly Auto Parts location on E Knights Way in Harker Heights. I came in needing a new battery for my car, and Albert assisted me from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me choose the right battery and then went above and beyond by installing it for me. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and turned a stressful situation into an easy, pleasant experience. Employees like Albert make a huge difference, and I wanted to make sure his excellent service was acknowledged. Thank you for having such a dedicated and customer-focused team member representing your store.

What a fantastic experience I had at O’Reillys in Harker Heights! My battery was completely dead, so I went to the store where Albert assisted me. We tested the battery and it was completely dead so I had to get a new one. Albert took his time on a busy Saturday to go outside and remove my old battery and replace it with a new one. As he disconnected the battery and reinstalled the new one, he explained all of the steps, so I was learning how to do it on my own if in the event I needed to in the future. He was so incredibly friendly and cordial. The best part, I had forgotten that I had purchased my previous battery from O’Reillys and it was under warranty, so my replacement was free! My husband visits this location at least once a week. Albert is ALWAYS great help, even though there is a language barrier for my husband. He has ALWAYS been helpful and given great customer service to my husband and myself when we go. He has even resolved other employee mess ups with patience and kindness. Albert makes our Oriellys experience great!

Not an organized store, not able to keep their own diagnostic tools charged. I'm a regular patron of O'Reilly's and will continue to be, just not ever again at this location even though it is the closest to home. Zero stars if possible.

I placed a order online for pick up at the store. I had a secondary person pick them up. The store only gave her half the order. I had to go back the next day to pick up the other item. I live 15 miles away from them extreme inconvenience.
