I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street before I went inside to get a new break light. The situation took a deadly turn when the cold sweats started coming in. Not only did the worker help me find my new break light, he sprinted with me to the restroom to make sure I made it there. Thank you so much O’Reillys staff for keeping the bathroom clean and stocked and the most polite and helpful workers. I appreciate the nice smelling Hand soap as well.

Best part’s store around! Management is top notch, couldn’t ask for better people. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered a part at the Hope store and it was charged to my account. I paid the invoice before ever picking up the part and when I went to pick up the part, they told me it wasn't there and that there was nothing they could do about it. The manager refused to refund my money or provide me with the part. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. They also had an employee charge items to my account several years ago that was not for me. They did finally make that one good.

It is a parts store. They don't carry a lot for older or European cars, so it has to be ordered, and now they charge shipping.
