Shaun was very nice and super helpful. Shout out to the Hope Mills location. I originally ordered the part. Had to return that and with Shawn's help.got what I needed. I have had really good experiences when getting parts for my vehicle from O'Reilly. I to give O'Reilly props for the prices, the customer service and really nice employees.

The ladies know their stuff here and are willing to help and I grateful for that. I now know how to put my own wiper blades on!🙃

I went up there at 2:15pm on 12/14/2025 this guy name Thomas acted like he didn't wanted to work. Throwing the receipt down on the counter towards my friend and said to his coworker "Why these people keeps coming to me?"

I would like to specify mention Deena and Khalil for their customer service. My car died on me about half a mile up the road, the intersection of Camden and Hope Mills Rd. I had bought a battery from O'Reilly less than a year ago (different location) and I wanted to come in and file a warranty claim. However, every time I jumped started my car, it would die instantly, so I couldn't drive it to the store. I called and spoke to Deena and she said they need to test the old battery and if it's defective, they'll exchange it out. I told her I couldn't get my car over there and I don't have the tools to remove the battery. However, I do know how to do it myself. She said I can walk over there, borrow their tools, walk back to my car, take out my battery, and they'll test it. When I got to the st
