Great place for car parts. I had to return an item I did not use and I had the wrong reciept and they were able to look up my transaction by my phone number. With that I was able to get my full refund. I would suggest to new customers to sign up with their loyalty program for easier returns.

I have dealt with O'Reilly auto parts in Hudson many times thru the years. They have been awsome each and every time. Last night was great as well. Kudos you guys rock!

I went to the Hudson location and needed help purchasing a new whole headlight system and employee Maxwell was so very helpful and ordered me the one I needed and the next day when I came to pick it up he installed the new one for me and that saved me trying to find somebody to install it. He is an excellent employee and was very pleasant to work with. He made my day and deserves recognition. And I will continue to shop here and recommend your store and location to everyone I know.
