After long travels we needed to replace our brakes and accidentally bought the wrong ones. After finding out, LINDA was amazing and took the time out to help is find the correct ones!

I was so impressed by one male worker there. His name is Andrew, I believe. I was trying to find a replacement carburetor for a 1978 Dodge Colt. It was kind of difficult to find, but he stayed on the phone while we looked around the store..He was able to find a rebuilt carburetor for a good price. I was able to install it in the vehicle and it worked. Every time I talked to Andrew, Chris or Scott, they are always reassuring that I'm buying the right parts. This is at the Rigby, Idaho location.

The young man that helped me was such an excellent example of good service and going the extra mile. I’m not a review writer. But I wanted to make sure I gave this store a big shout out because I was so grateful for their help. Thank you again :)

Went to have my blinker changed, after Autozone told me they couldn't install it. Jack was amazing and was more then happy to help me fix my blinker. I highly recommend O'Reilly, they accutally do the job they were hired to do, unlike others. I will be coming here for all my future automotive needs.

Call O'Reilly's to make sure they had headlamps for my vehicle. Got to the store. The guy that answered the phone also help me get my headlamps. He said let's take him out and see if this is going to work. I had already watched the O'Reilly's YouTube video to how to replace the headlamps but this young man took the time came out to the car and replaced them for me. So impressed with this gentleman and O'Reilly's. Thank you for your continued outstanding service to your customer.
