O'Reilly Auto Parts

I don't mind going into O'Reilly's. It's open until 9, which is convenient. My experiences there have consistently been positive. Competent, well-trained employees who provide fast and courteous customer assistance. Great attitudes!

I was in a rental car, trying to get myself home for one night back in my bed after a long time away from home at work and that was gonna be followed by even more nights away from home and I was only getting the one night back at home. I thought it was just a broken windshield wiper blade that turned out to be a whole mess with the windshield wiper blades. The staff there were amazing absolutely amazing and they saved me and got me all the way back home a 2 1/2 hour drive to Coralville Iowa these guys deserve a raise. They are lifesavers all three gentlemen that worked that night. This took place the night of March 4th at around 5:30-6pm. Thank you again guys. Was on a road trip and in desperate need of an alternator as mine was failing, I was a 1/2 hour from their store and they were closing within 5 minutes and employee. Stayed late for me to give me the parts and tools. I needed to get it changed. Top-notch service, appreciate it. Thanks, again, guys.

These guys are so amazing! Each time I have gone in with a question about a part not only do they get the right part for me but put it on my car without me even asking. One time I went there with a part I got someplace else and asked them how to install it. They still did it for me! Best service I have gotten anywhere in a long time.
