Wesley Pugh and his sweet helper saved my day!!! I went to the enemy first (auto zone), my mistake. They told me my battery was fine and everything looked good. The next day my car was very slow to crank again. I came to O’Reilly’s and Wesley knew I needed a new battery before he even tested it! Sure enough it was dead as a doornail. He checked me out and had that puppy changed and my car running like a firework on the 4th of July!! Thank you Wesley and thank you O’Reilly’s!! I will never go to another auto store ever again! I am not a loyal O’Reilly’s customer for life!

You shouldn’t tell someone you’re going to help them and then proceed to stand around laughing and joking with coworkers while eating snacks as you clearly see I’m waiting on you for a simple and quick battery test. He n give me the multimeter and I would have been done by the time you ignored me to laugh and cut up with your coworkers. Wax going to buy a battery but nope I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you were on lunch and would have told me that, I would understand. But you did not mention that.

Kaleb was extremely rude and very unpleasant when i asked if he would install my wiper blades.However Wesley the store manager saved my day by gladly helping me install them. He even pointed out that i had a abs wire hanging and sold me the correct sensor, they dont make any boys like him anymore.

Big S/O to Mrs. Rosie & Mrs. Lisa! I needed a battery for my vehicle along with getting it installed and they both delivered! I highly recommend this Auto Zone, located in Jasper Alabama off of highway 78. Ask for, Rosie & Lisa.
