I went to oreillys to get a new serpentine belt and John ,said to me that I have just got a serpentine belt from another one of their stores. I said ,yes I did. Now just changed the tensioner and the water pump pulley. Then he had the nerves to say to me that I need to be more responsible . When he said that it through me off. So I said to this rude person that your not my father, all I came here for was a serpentine belt and you trying to worry about how many serpentine belt I have gotten in one day or month. I lost my cool almost until a level headed female employee stepped in and desperate me and the employee, because I almost went behind the and dragged him from behind that counter. Came in on the last 15 minutes before closing, young man named Christian showed great care for my battery as it was dead and needed a charge. No complaints, easy secure for my property and was polite!

They helped a lot and had what I need. Great customer service and clean and neat. Very friendly and is a pretty big store.
