I had a very unprofessional experience at this O’Reilly location. I sent two customers to pick up a high-pressure line needed for a repair. While they were at the counter, they connected me by phone with one of the employees so I could clarify the exact part. I clearly explained what was needed to avoid any confusion. Instead of listening and verifying the information, the employee became argumentative and dismissive. He insisted he knew what he was doing and questioned whether it was the top or bottom line, even though both lines are replaced together as one assembly with a bracket. Terrible service. Before assisting me, they were helping a man who got upset about a warranty issue, and they started arguing and insulting each other. When it was my turn, they treated me with the same negative attitude. This is not the first time I’ve been treated so poorly at this location.

Waited in line for a good minute untill I realize no one was up there working. I needed parts but after waiting 15 minutes I realized no one showed up to work, or maybe they were in the restroom, I have no idea, I use to work at an auto parts store and standard procedure was….. never leave the floor unattended. Maybe things have changed but idk?! I’m not waiting to find out, I’ll take my service elsewhere where. Hopefully Autozone has some better customer skills, then companies as such wonder why their losing business to online stores 🤷🏼‍♂️

We had a headlight out so my friend and i went in to get it replaced. Of course we still got the wrong thing (our fault) but the assistant manager Carlos and Joseph were so helpful in getting us what we needed! They also offered to replace it for us which we had no idea was a service they offered! Thank you Joseph and Carlos!

Worst customer service I have ever seen I needed a part and instead of helping me they started taking phone calls and doing other things I waited for serval minutes while everyone just walked around me I would like to speak with someone in corporate about this I have never been so disrespected in my life
