I wanted to give David a shout out for his absolutely wonderful customer service and extremely helpful know how . He came outside for over an hour to help me file down my spindle dude to a wheel bearing failure. He shared lots of knowledge and lots of laughs and was able to turn the crappy experience, into a not so crappy one. If you ever need help, David will give you a hand, because he is a great guy who’s willing to help and give you tips and tricks just for the sake of helping out.

Terrible experience. I paid $84.00 for wiper blades from a store with a sign that states "free wiper blade installation." Dan, the counter person who sold them to me, said that I should be ashamed for not installing them myself. He said, "it pisses me off that I have to do something for a guy like you who can do it themselves." How can I do business with a store where the employees are not only insulting and confrontational, but complains about honoring a what they advertise what they will do?

Staff is always great. From installing new windshield wipers to trouble shooting. Checked my oil. Filled it checked again 2 times to be sure. Then without being asked checked the coolant and inspected general condition of the engine. Awesome 👌

I just want to say how grateful I am that you offer the service to replace batteries. My life changed physically to where I can’t do what I used too, so it’s the little things that matter! Thank you to the assistant manager, David, who was very sweet!

Always helpful and extremely professional. Extremely knowledgeable staff who are willing to go the extra distance to make sure I was getting the right part for the right application. Will be using O'Reilly's from here on out.
