Nevaeh and Alisha are awesome employees. I had a headlight go out, and they helped me replace it - even staying a few minutes after closing to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate their quick and competent help - I will be using O'Reilly again!

You really shouldn't punish your customers by making your bathrooms unavailable to the public because you guys got drug addicts or whatever going in there and using them that's not my problem. And I spend enough money at your store that there's no excuse if I want to use the damn bathroom when I come in. So enjoy the one-star review. It's interactions like this that will cause customer like me who regularly spend 50,000 dollars a year with you to take my business to a store that values customer interaction. Or maybe you just need employees who don't complain about having to do their job and clean the bathroom.

Closes B4 listed time so if u can't make it in the store by 830 don't bother. Should chanGe the time you list as closinG if u Gonna waste ppl's time.

I always use oriellys but first time at this location. So at the register the staff was nice. I believe her name was Amber. I purchased other things but also headlights. I ask would someone be able to assist me. She stated yes the other young lady Emily could. I waited patiently over 45mins while the lady sat Indian style on the floor behind the register talking about everything BUT the job. The store had me and 2 other customers in it. So not busy. I went back over & asked for a refund. When asked why I told her because I’ve stood her & waited. She said “you should have said something” I was literally standing in front while you hid. She was sitting on the ladder behind the counter between the shelves. I recorded the whole encounter.

Traveled to Charleston,SC for my son’s graduation 5/10/25 around 11:00AM! It was rainy and I needed new wipers. Stopped in and was apologetic for needing new wipers and requesting an install. 4 employees standing at the counter - one said “who feels like getting wet and install the new blades”. They all sat in silence!! Took at it as they would NOT assist me. Car full and bum wipers - we went to advance auto and they were very kind and we were back on the road safely!! Would NOT recommend this O’Rielly’s! Down the street is advance auto - they were amazing!!
