I bought brake pads and he asked if I was having someone install them or a business? I told him an individual person was he said oh okay I’m gonna GIVE you this oil pack! I said oh thank you! Later to realize he charged me for it when I didn’t even need it! Dishonest!
Excellent customer service! Damien was a life saver. My battery in my key fob went out and I went to advanced auto to get them to help me change it. Well they sold me the battery but all 3 workers were clueless about how to change to battery. They told me to go watch you tube videos. Well I went to O'Reilly's right down the street, and Damien changed the battery for me with no problem. Next time I'll go there first.
