That is a negative star ! I have been to this location twice in a month and both times no one knows what’s going on ! The lack of competence at this location is mind blowing.never be back !

I am never one to leave such horrible reviews, but after what I’ve been through with this store I have to. Last week I came in to get a new battery. My old battery was “tested” by someone working here (never got his name) and he said my battery was fine. He recommended a new alternator, which I purchased (approximately $250.) After purchasing it, I had an extremely hard time even finding someone to install it since I have a Lexus. After calling 20 different places I finally got it installed. ANOTHER $400 for the labor. After receiving my car back it still wouldn’t crank. It was the battery after all. When we called the store back and explained to the manager what happened there was absolutely nothing that could be done to compensate them giving me false information about not needing a new
