They never do a good job of prescrubbing the front and rear of SUV The wheels didn't get sprayed with presoak and agitated by hand before entering the car wash. So the hand applied tire shine i paid for is pointless when the wheels are still dirty. I believe you train your people it's about quantity over quality.

Good value, hit or miss on how clean my truck gets. I have no antenna on my truck but if you have one, they will remove it for you or not run the top cleaning brush. I have large tires and a bed cover so there are spots that a automatic wash can't get.

Every time I’ve come to this location nothing but friendly, enthusiastic, great customer service! The wash does a fantastic job! I highly recommend spending the extra few dollars for the managers special as well! The awesome crew here will manually by hand apply tire shine and clean your wheels up for you. It’s not a basic quick spray or anything, they take their time and make sure it’s done right. I especially appreciate Christian’s hard work and friendly attitude! My 5 year old begs to go to the “tornado car wash” everyday! I’ve used several other raindrop car washes. And I’ll say they’re all good you can’t go wrong with Raindrop Car Wash! But if you want the best of the best at Raindrop Car Wash in my experience the Moody location just can’t be beat! Thanks guys!!! See you again soon!!

My washes are always great. Vacuums work well. The guys that sold me the membership was very knowledgeable and took their time explaining how it works! This is the best car wash!

The attendants are great; courteous and attentive. Thus, the four stars. Having stated that, if the dryer banks at the new Raindrop in Leeds (opening in December?) aren't any better, we will definitely cancel our two memberships and go elsewhere. If we don't manually dry our vehicles every time, they have water spots, every time.
