Isaiah from Prime Shine Detailing in Leeds, Alabama was able to address a serious rear bumper paint defect on my Porsche. His gentle, non-aggressive approach was very reassuring. He patiently worked on the scratches checking progress carefully with each polish iteration the defect was becoming less, and less visible. I'm very particular about my car, but after read the reviews I decided to give Prime Shine a try. I was NOT disappointed. Kaleb responded promptly to my inquiry. We set a date and he gave me a time and said he would call when they were headed my way. He arrived at the time given. Both Kaleb and Isaiah were very friendly and courteous. They started detailing my car immediately. My white Lexus RX350 is showroom beautiful. Most importantly,they are honest! Several months ago I dropped some cash between the seat and console. They found it while vacuuming and it was laying on the console when I got in my car. Thanks Kaleb. I'll call you in the Fall!
