The exception to that rule is if your driving a Fiat, they will have to order most everything on this car. A small price to pay for having such an adorable, fun car that doesn't require a stop at the gas pump every week.

Late on a Friday night while traveling and the check engine light came on. They were very nice and read the computer and even had someone come over with a different device cuz the first one was not cooperating for them. Got the car checked out to see that it was still okay to drive, saving a lot of heartache and worry. Thanks for helping me out! Late on a Friday night and a half hour before closing, they were still there to help and took care of me.

I went in today for an oil pan gasket and Robert helped me I’m not sure of his last name but he had red hair and glasses and was very cool. Best customer service I’ve had in a VERY LONG time!!! We need more people like Robert I hope this gets to Roberts higher ups and they recognize him for who he really is. Thank you so much Robert and may god bless you man take it easy ✌🏽

Very good experience at oreillys last week. I had my check engine light scanned by rick. He gave the codes explained them and told me what to try before I purchased anything. He was right. Instead of a $100 sensor that the scanner suggested. It was simply a torn hose. Saving me $ and getting my business from now on. Thanks rick
