O'Reilly Auto Parts

Workers aren’t knowledgeable on what oil change sale comes with filter. Left to go to autozone or advanced bc they make there sales easier. Oreillys staff was friendly but zero help. I hope nobody else has to deal with anything like this in the future

Terrible - will not go back! Went to O'Reilly's for a new battery and the worker rudely told me they wouldn't install it. I left and went to Auto Zone down the road and Auto Zone was great!

I have had two wonderful experiences with O Riley's on route 22 in Loveland.Friendly and took great care of me.

I previously bought a car battery that was recently found to be defective. This location provided me with a warranty replacement but would not install for me. They provided crappy tools for me to install it myself in the parking lot. I got it installed but ended up with further service needed for a terminal sensor replacement. Don’t rely on services from this store. They do not exist.

There’s a guy here with long hair but very little sense. The service level is absolutely zero.
