Fast, efficient service! The nicest young man just changed my windshield wiper blades and asked me to test them to be sure they were working properly. The weather is really bad so I appreciated his attention to my safety.

Just left O'Reilly. Sunday morning (2/15) 10:50 am. My wife went to O'Reilly to get windshield wipers. Guy behind the counter looked up what she needed, reluctantly, and then scoffed at her when she asked where she could find them and he said probably on aisle... he wouldn't put hs phone down to help, didn't even remotely offer to help her put them on, which she really needed. Used to be my go to place in Madison for my auto needs, not anymore.

Jeff is a top notch guy. Took care of my customer service issue seamlessly, initial sale was top notch as well. Good folks.

Always have what I need . There is always someone ready to help you . They will walk outside with you and assist. Great place !

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Douglas in a friendly and helpful manner. He was so kind to go out in this extreme heat and install my windshield wipers. It is truly rare now to be treated with the kindness and helpfulness that Douglas showed during my visit.
