This is a shout out for Tony!! I stopped in to get a windshield tube replacement. Unfortunately, it was a part that’s not available in stores. As I was leaving, Tony ran out, looked under the hood, and with his expertise, found a connector piece, and fixed it right there for me! I was so happy to have working washer fluid!! He went above and beyond what an employee is expected to do. Thank you Tony, that simple fix made my day! (I can see clearly now😊).

Wow! I’ve never experienced such kind, helpful, caring people at an auto parts store. I needed a rear wiper for an Audi q8 e-tron, which had to be ordered. I came back when the part arrived, they installed it in less than 30 seconds and I was on my way. Thank you and I’ll be back for all my auto needs 🚘💖

Josh was awesome had a quick trip to get oil had no funnel or nothing and I was bone dry helped me pick the right oil and got me out the door quick thanks again man (toxin helmet )motorcycle guy

Tony helped me with finding windshield wipers and a headlight replacement. He also installed everything and checked/refilled wiper fluid for me! He gave me tips on some other things as well. He was very kind, courteous and quick!

Always have what I need or they can get it quick. Lots of online sales and shipping is quick. Some staff are super friendly and helpful, other times youre waiting around wondering if anyone works there, or some staff act like youre a nuisance for coming in. Not cheap either compared to online retailers, but sometimes you need a part same day. Overall a positive experience.
