This was best Oreilys experience I have had as far as customer service. An employee named Paul helped us get back on the road on our long trip back home. You can tell he really cares about the customer and takes pride in his work.

Terrible customer service. Walked in last Wednesday just after they opened. As I'm walking toward the front entrance, I started to hear what sounded like a domestic agreement occurring. As I open the door, this employee is cussing and screaming at someone over the phone. They look up and see me. They seem caught off guard. They proceed to turn around yell at their staff to assist me. While being assisted by their staff, all you can hear, is this employee in back continuing to scream and cuss. This is not how you run a company. If you can not contain yourself, you should not be in a position of leadership. Do better.

Staff was very friendly, got my wipers installed in about a minute. quick and professional.

The gentleman work dark hair is the my had dark facial hair was very helpful an be printed some wiring stuff for me. Even helped me not spend money u didn't need to spend and figured out the my tail light wasn't burned out but my brake light switch is loose. Thank you sir. Am me I apologize I can't remember your name. He was great while being helpful to me he was also keeping an eye on the he new guy who was always doing a good job. Love O'Reilly's
