O'Reilly Auto Parts

Stopped by to get a new battery and headlight. Broderick was quick to find the correct battery, install it and the headlight and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Great service!

When I walked in the cashier Desmond seemed more interested in his phone didn't even acknowledge I was there seemed like he didn't wanna be there, typically I have really great service here with the other guys

The last time I was at O'Reillys, they aren't very helpful I am a woman and am not mechanically inclined on some things no help was offered so I had to get my son to help me, I will drive the extra miles to go to another auto parts store before I ever go to that O'Reillys even though its convenient its not worth it

I just wanted to shout out Brice! He helped figured out what was wrong and he replaced the part for me! I really appreciate him going above and beyond

Brennan over here at the Milford location is WONDERFUL. I came in to get a bulb for my break light that was out and he came out and even replaced it for me. Was there 5 minutes. Super nice and efficient!
