Helped me with a lighting issue. Great group of folks with pretty good advice. I told them I was on a budget so they steered me to the right parts, We spent a little time looking for the right ones and they treated me with respect and were extremely friendly putting my mind at ease. Prices were reasonable for a brick and mortar store. Big parking lot, handicap parking close to their front door. It's stores like this that definitely make you feel good shopping there.

Product quality too bad, prices too high and no refund policy. Staff attitude is also not satisfactory.

Phi was very knowledgeable and helpful, and another great experience at O'Reilly. I just always seem to have good fortune, with them.

Jose helped me out and replaced my battery via warranty. He was awesome. He even helped me test after installation to make sure I didn't have a grounding, alternator, or starter problem. Thanks a lot Jose!

Luis was an amazing help today, not only did he offer amazing customer service but he check my battery, alternator and starter and offered some suggestions as to what could be the issue, as we ruled out all the above. And he also helped me find the right wipers and helped me install them. All with a smile! Made my trip to the auto part store a breeze. Thank you Luis!
