Rant! O'Reilly in Mt Pleasant is a joke! We purchased batteries for our Ram 2500 2 yrs ago. The young man came out & installed both batteries in about 15 min. 1 of those batteries stopped working, bad cell. Went back there today as they had a 3 yr warranty. The DEI employee told us they would not swap it out as it was a 40 minute job(huge eyeroll here) & that it had to be installed by a "Professional". Hubby and I drove home with new battery, removed old & installed new. 15 minutes including round trip back. I guess we are more Professionals then they are. When we returned the old battery I asked to speak to a manager, none present. I told them we would Never purchase from again.

Friendly, quick service to get codes pulled and a print out of issues.

Really really busy parking lot where it seemed all the low-riders gather and work on their cars in the parking lot. The parking lot is super tight to begin with and so it was really hard to get in and out with all of this activity. Update June 2024: Rating went from 3 to 4 stars just because of O'Reilly's quick response to my concerns and their efforts to address these concerns. KUDOS!
