O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went in for a battery check. Ended up needing two batteries. Ron was prompt, nice and very helpful. Randy the assistant manager went above and beyond and put them both in for me since my husband was out of town. And I wasn’t going to be able to put the big, heavy batteries in my truck. They are one of the reasons living in a small town is the best.

The staff of this establishment were extremely rude, and dismissive. We drove an hour to pick up parts for my truck, and were told we would have to wait 3 hours for them to arrive. After waiting in for these 3 hours, we returned to the store, only to be told that the part wouldnt be here until the next day. They had this information and didnt bother to let us know, so now we have to drive back and forth 2 hours. Once we brought this to their attention, they didnt even offer an apology. We were met with rude stares, and silence. We simply walked out. Would not recommend going here for auto needs.

Randy doesn’t seem like he actually cares about his employees. He treats certain ones good but his other employees he treats like absolute trash. He yells at them and cusses at them while there are customers in the store to overhear this.

So when I was in oreillys talking with Hadlie about parts for my truck the other blonde female worker that was there kept trying to interrupt us and input her opinion that did apply to the parts that I needed. The store almost lost a sale because of this, luckily another associate “Hadlie” was there to correct everything and keep the sale.

Me and my friend were driving from Cedar to Provo when her pulley belt snapped and came off, we were forced to pull over on the side of the highway. We called O’Reilly and their employee Randy answered the phone and decided he would drive 30 minutes to another store to get the part we needed, then drive an hour back to come install it for us. Amazing customer service on his part and we were able to make it to Provo according to our schedule. Just wanted to say thank you again to Randy and everyone that helped us out!
