I am absolutely furious about the way my boyfriend and I were treated at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Britain. He went in to deal with a simple warranty issue for his motorcycle battery, something that should have been quick and straightforward. Yesterday, one of the employees tested his battery, confirmed it wasn’t holding a charge, and told him to come back today for a warranty replacement. That same employee even charged a new battery for him to pick up. When he went back today, everything went downhill because of Danielle. From the second she approached him, she was incredibly rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I had an absolutely awful experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in New Britain. I came in regarding a warranty issue for my motorcycle battery which I had purchased there. Yesterday, one of the associates tested my battery and charged my battery but told me that since it wasn’t holding a charge, I should come back today to exchange it under warranty. Tee and Danielle helped me out big time with my new side mirror replacement. I sent my friend in to ask for help while I continued to work on the car, and they both came over with tools we were missing, and an extra set of hands. They went above and beyond. This was my first visit to O’Reilly’s and I will be returning here for all my auto needs. Y’all run a tight ship 🫡

I recently started going to this O'Reilly Auto Parts location. My first visit went well. The staff was nice and they had the part I needed at a reasonable price. Overall, based on my first experience here, it is not a bad store, but certainly has some room for improvement... I once went here in need of a bunch of fasteners, only to find the store was closed and it was lifted wrong on Google. The hours listed are not clear on the sign on front either. Sunday’s closing time is either 7 or 8pm, who knows.

FIRE MARGARITA! And the other girl. Doesn't know that turn signal and blinker are the same thing. Incredibly rude, and condescending to customers. I can't believe she's employed. Worst service I've ever received. The reason I came was because the manager is amazing and helped me with my turn signal last time. He was not there and I was treated like shit. I want to make it clear that Brandon was amazing and he was the only person who had any knowledge on vehicles at all. He helped with everything. Margarita grabbed the wrong bulb, I told her it's the wrong bulb, and from there it was nothing but disgusting attitude.
