On December 29 I was traveling home from Christmas visiting relatives . I had trouble in Newton Kansas. The O’Reilly store was excellent service and helped me diagnose my problem. Excellent service.

So helpful! A young man (first initial T) ran the diagnostic, shared info w me, very informative. Put my mind at ease and explained things well enough I can go to the mechanic in the near future and not feel completely clueless lol.

Love coming here. They helped me figure out what sort of oil and filter I need. They are always so helpful!

love this place- best place to go in newton. my check engine light was on for over a year and every other place in town just told me it was due to the connection of my battery being dirty. turns out that wasn’t it at all - i had two batteries and only this place discovered that. they replaced the other battery it in less than 30 minutes. My worker Kenneth was very helpful and kind, i wish i had just started with this place at the start!!

Worked with the assistant manager and it seemed like he was not very fast at finding or searching for parts
