Nathan at O’Reillys is very knowledgeable and informative. He gave me a lot of information without trying to upsell me which made me feel very comfortable. If I ever have a need for any automotive knowledge, I will go to O’Reillys and see my man Nathan. You should do the same.

First time buying wipers here on Rte 1 in Norwood, MA. Good and friendly customer service from Dave over the phone first with my questions, and soon after in the store when I came to purchase them. Dave and Jerry found a good pair for me-- Bosch Focus. Dave installed them before I left O'Reilly's. I've driven in the rain a few times and I'm happily very satisfied. Another bonus is the rebate I am waiting for after my purchase. I would return to this store in the future.

I stopped by the Norwood location this afternoon looking for some niche car parts that other stores didn’t want to help me with. Nathan and Sam went above and beyond — they took the time to find a compatible part and even ordered it from Georgia for me. Nathan did a deep dive and found rotors that saved me a ton of money. Their customer service was outstanding. As long as those two are there, they’ve got a customer for life!

I drove an additional 10 mins to this location/store. VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. Stopped at a competitor along the way and three ppl, including me, were told they did not have whatever part each customer was seeking. They clearly were not in the zone and had nothing to offer. Remembered O'Reilly song and went on down the street to the people who could service my auto needs. Thank you!!

Just left this location, asked for help with a new headlight. Guy at the counter asked what bulb it was, I told him I didn't know (because I don't work on cars for a living). He told me to go check. I told him I didn't know how to, so he proceeded to tell me how to remove the light bulb, so I'm in the parking lot trying to figure it out feeling pretty dumb. So I just left (with black on my hands) I went to AutoZone and they actually checked for me and replaced the headlights. I'm sure its simple to someone who does it all the time but not for people who legit have never done it before. If this service is offered, it should be seen through from the start.
