Visited 10/21/2018 - If you're looking for the best customer service then you can't beat O'Reilly Auto Parts in Palmer. I needed an oil filter and an air filter, but the cheaper brand of air filter was out of stock. The employee gave me the more expensive air filter at the same price of the cheaper one that was out of stock. I got all the parts I needed and O'Reilly Auto Parts got a loyal customer. Thank you for saving me time and money!

Staff eas great! I stopped to grab some supplies while it was snowing and dark. My old headlights weren't working well enough for me and the family to drive home over 300 miles safely. I didn't have my tools, but the employees inside helped me pick out a light bar, wiring harness, zip ties, and loaned me a few tools to temporarily mount a light bar on my excursion so I could drive home safely!

Always there when I need them. It's one of the few auto parts stores where the workers are actually knowledgeable. Anytime I've needed some extra help, or something they didn't have, they pointed me in the right direction.
