O'Reilly Auto Parts

Was camping in Paris Landing and had an issue with wheel studs/lug nuts on my vintage camper. Removed a stud that lug nut and took them to Autozone at first, because they were more recommended by others in the area. There internet was down so I went to O'Reillys since they are my go to at home. First off he wanted year make and model. Explained it was a vintage travel trailer and it wouldnt be in their database, plus hubs aren't factory. Told him the stud would have to be mic'd to get the right one. He measured it and came back with two metric studs that would not work. I asked him if he measured in as metric or standard because they were standard studs and nuts. He said metric but said that was all they had. So I had to drive to Camden to get the right measurements and parts. I think look

I received assistance from Mike, the assistant manager. He went above and beyond, replaced my headlight and then insisted on checking all lights on the vehicle. This was by far the best customer service I’ve received anywhere in ages. Thanks so much Mike.

Not very helpful when they know what you need they will let you come back and back again till you figure it out yourself

Came in yesterday to get new wipers for my car after some issues after 2 months with my old ones. Lucas was very personable and helpful and insisted that he put them on for me in the pouring rain. Thank you, Lucas, for the best visit I’ve had to O’Reilly’s.
