I needed my headlight changed and even tho it was a struggle the man n the woman both worked very hard to change my headlights out n as a single mother I sincerely appreciate it soo much! I didn't get their names but they were amazing! Thank u so much

Tosha the most rudest person to ever of worked at a part store that I’ve ever had the displeasure and disgust displayed disrespect towards multiple customers who simply asked a simple question and the rudeness that was displayed towards a respectful young lady who simply asked her advice on purchasing a bike lock for her Harley that worker currently formally identifies as Tosha completely disrespected this young lady who simply tried asking about buying a bike lock and witch she would recommend but simply refused to acknowledge the young lady who was visibly upset and disrespected by her rudeness and behavior towards her yelling at her telling her she’s in the wrong spot and angrily telling her to go n look for it like a big girl I truly didn’t even think in the slightest that a part sto

We are avid visitors of oriellys. The staff at the pevely location were not very customer service oriented and had to draw all interactions out of them. For a better experience drive the 10 min difference and go to Crystal City.

Showed up when the store was suppose to open and the opener did not show up. All I needed was a new headlight bulbs and couldn't get it after about 30 left while the only employee there went to get the opener since he was the only one with keys to the place

O’ Reilly's in Pevely ripped my 17 yr old off on a license plate bulb then closed the store & claiming they are closed for business. What ??
