Pevely Car Wash

Went there yesterday just to quickly spray off and rinse my car. Used my debit card. Look at my account today and they charged me 15 bucks! And of course no one is answering the phone. I like this case wash but I'll be switching. This is ridiculous.

I went there today to use the touchless car wash and it didn’t even clean my car. My car still had stuff stuck on it, and it still dirty. It was a terrible experience.

Went there to do a quick rinse of my vehicle and used my card and it just automatically accepts your card and turns on, so you have to hurry put your card in your pocket and start spraying and then when your done, you turn it to off and it just keeps going for a bit and there's no LCD screen or anything to tell you what to do or let you know that you already paid or not and it just looks like you have to put your card back in,but if you put your card back in then it automatically charges you for another wash and it's automatic $3.50 even if you cancel right away, so it was $4.50 and then $3.50 that I cancelled right away and when I seen the transactions in my account, they charged me $15 twice, so your best bet is to use actual money and avoid using a card, only good thing is well nevermin

The change machines weren't working or were out. So, we couldn't use anything. We won't use our debit or credit cards there without knowing the level of security that there is. We tried different bills of varying denominations. No luck. The only other person who was there was the guy cutting the grass.
