Dad gave me a truck, im just a gamer nerd really & had no idea what to do to get it Truck running. Scott looked over everything, told me what I needed to and im cleaning my first truck up now. 😎
Absolutely terrible communication skills and customer service. Scott at Rust Bucket had my daughter’s car for OVER A MONTH and just let it sit. If you don’t have time to do the work, don’t accept the business. I would have gladly taken it elsewhere had I been told he wasn’t interested in my business or was overloaded with work or whatever reason he could have thought of. Here we go on… Saturday 1/18/25 I had my daughter’s car towed down to Rust Bucket. When Scott didn’t respond to my text msg, I called him and we had a conversation on the phone. He told me to send the car down and he’d let me know what was going on with it in the next week. I was totally fine with that. Friday 1/24/25 I reached out via text asking for an update – No response. I texted him daily on 1/25/25, 1/26/25, 1/27
Got my truck fixed relatively quick for a great price. 👍
