Hands down the nicest employees I've ever met in my life! Chasity was A LIFE SAVER, and I mean that literally. She seen that I was in need today( after having a melt down in front of her) and helped me more than just finding parts for me. There aren't enough ppl in the world like this. My car would probably still be broke down in front of her store if she didn't go ABOVE AND BEYOND what her job entails to help me. i cannot even begin to tell her how much I appreciated her today. O'Reilly's you should really consider giving her a raise or a promotion!

Not a great experience. Today 4/23/2024 I went in to the location because I had a check engine light on. They let me use the scan tool to read the code. I confirmed what I thought was the issue and was looking to buy a new battery. I asked the older gentleman behind the counter if he could help me find the location of the battery and his response was “Google it” in a rude tone. I believe his shirt said Assistant Manager but I am not 100% certain. So, what did I do, I went to a different parts store and bought a battery and they showed me where it was in the van. So my response is this. I did google it, I googled a different parts company that actually provides customer service!

I frequent this store more for my cats maintenance …Chasity always takes the extra mile to help me out…She is professional and proficient….Thank you Chasity!

Very nice service only lady that showed up to work that day during a major snow storm! Helped us find our wiper blades we needed after they snapped

Always get good customer service. Occasionally get left standing with no one at counter or only one person working up front. But the employees overall are knowledgeable and helpful. Update: I have to change my review due to the assistant manager Austin who gave me the worse customer service EVER. Left two messages with corporate and no call back. This young man does NOT need to be an assistant manager and the way he treated me because he had to work a Saturday is ridiculous! I will shop elsewhere or just use amazon or eBay since I won’t have to deal with people giving this type of service smh! UPDATE It is only right I update my review. Since my last one this store has had a manager change and my guy Austin is A1! I have been it there often the last couple months and him and the entire
