I had a great experience with this shop and wanted to share it because good, honest service deserves to be recognized. They replaced the flex plate on our vehicle, which is a big job that can easily run $2,500–$3,000 at many places. They completed the work for $2,100 and did a solid job overall. During reinstallation of the transmission, a wiring harness ended up getting damaged. Instead of turning it into another charge or headache, the technician fixed it at no additional cost and made sure everything was working correctly before returning the car. That kind of accountability is something you don’t always see anymore. I don’t leave reviews often but at Summit Integrity the crew went above and beyond to work around me and meet my needs. It was a huge blessing finding this place to repair my vehicle after an accident. I highly recommend this place.

This shop exceeded my expectations! They diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in the same day. Excellent customer service and very fair pricing (no double dipping on labor costs for things that were already disassembled for other parts of the repairs). I am very happy that I tried this shop. This same service would have taken several days and lots of frustration at the dealership.

Not pleased at all. I call there shop because they replaced my transmission, pick it up it’s has to be towed the next day ( day before thanksgiving). They have been paid for there job, but they still have my vehicle, instead of just saying it was their mistake they been trying to figure out why Axel seal blows. Beings this job had already been paid for you think I would have been a priority!!! Not!!
