Long story short, Richard Karr let my wife go without fixing her car completely and we got stranded with a dead battery a week after it was serviced. Got a jump from a kind person at HEB with a car loaded with groceries, then headed to my local Oreilly’s in Robinson. I wish I would have got the employee’s name (long blonde and brown curly hair guy) that helped us, because after the crap day we were having he stepped in and helped out and saved us a lot of time and headache. Great customer service. We really appreciated it. 👍

I came in last night after a long day of dealing with the car dealership quoting me WAY too much. I was greeted by Christian, and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me figure out what issues were actually happening and quoted me pricing on parts. He was kind and respectful of my budget. Christian took his time to explain things to me when he could tell I didn’t quite understand. He was exactly the type of guy I needed to help me after spending all day dealing with pushy salesmen who didn’t actually care. I highly recommend O’Reillys due to pricing but mainly due to customer service and friendly smiles. Ask for Christian! He’s the one with the long curly hair and approachable smile! Shop here regularly. Called the staff. Asked if they recycled golf cart batteries. They said YES. Drove 30 mins one way to drop them off. Once I arrived I was told by the staff that they dont take them. Thanks O'Reilly. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Always has what I need and staff is excellent with their service and knowledge.

i came to your store to get a few items. did not know i was walking into a war zone. the black lady that was there was using some bad language toward another associate. had house slippers on and dressed in sleep wear with messy hair. very unprofessional .
